Halloween Belvedere Street Extravaganza. Belvedere Street between Parnassus and 17th Streets turns into an "event" on Halloween. The streets are blocked off, and there are more kids per square foot (almost) than there are drag queens in the Castro. Not to be missed if you're under ten.
